All orders can be shipped directly to your residence/business.
All orders $199 and over will be shipped freight-free (excluding Bulky product).
All orders under $199 will receive a $10 Freight charge (excluding Bulky product).
All orders that include Bulky products will receive a $25.00 Freight charge.
Shipping Times
The vast majority of our orders are shipped out from our suppliers warehouse on the same day as we receive the order. However, if your order has been placed after 1:00 pm, it may be shipped the next business day.
All shipments are dispatched via CourierPost, NZ Couriers or Mainstream, for an indication of shipping times, please see below:
North Island: Please allow up to 2 business days for delivery.
South Island: Smaller items (fit into a courier satchel) 1-2 business days. Medium-large items 2-3 business days.
Bulky Items: 2-4 days North & South Island. Note bulky items may not be deliverable to residential addresses.
Rural Addresses: Please allow 2-10 additional business days for rural deliveries. Note bulky items may not be deliverable to rural addresses.
International Buyers
We do not ship internationally at this time.
